Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

May we bring our own food on board? -- You may not bring outside food or beverages on board.
What is the dress code/appropriate attire? -- There is no specific dress code, but dressy casual is recommended. It is recommended that you do not wear high-heeled shoes and you are encouraged people to wear solid, non-slip footwear as you'll be in a marine environment. You should wear layered clothing as the climate on the river can be unpredictable.
Are you wheelchair accessible? -- The Columbia Gorge Sternwheeler is wheelchair accessible on the Willamette (lower) decks with certain restrictions. Please address any needs you may have regarding access requirements by calling us at 888-307-4181.
Is smoking permitted? -- Smoking is not permitted indoors at any time on the vessel. Smoking is permitted in designated areas on the outside decks of the vessel.
