There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

The Portland Spirit is a 150' yacht with three public decks, two of which are enclosed and climate controlled. We have seating for 350 guests on the two interior decks. Live entertainment will be provided by Opus 5. Hor d'oeuvres and unlimited champagne will be served onboard. Cash bar available for other beverages.

You must be 21 years of age or older to board this cruise. All passengers must show a valid picture ID upon boarding.

Other Important Notes:

~The crew photographs all passengers during the boarding process. You are not required to purchase the photograph, though it will be available to you for purchase.
~We reserve the right to inspect any bag, package, or carry-on item prior to boarding.
~We strongly discourage bringing wrapped gifts/packages as we most likely will have to unwrap an item to inspect it. If you must bring a gift, please bring it in an easy to inspect container, such as a gift bag.

Q. What is the dress code/appropriate attire?
~ We have no specific dress code, but we recommend dressy casual. Please do not wear high-heeled shoes. We encourage people to wear solid, non-slip footwear as you will be in a marine environment. We recommend wearing layered clothing as the climate on the river can be unpredictable. The Portland Spirit is fully enclosed, with climate-controlled dining decks.

Q. Is smoking permitted?
~ Smoking is not permitted indoors at any time. Smoking is permitted in designated areas on the outside decks of the vessel.

Q. Are you wheelchair accessible?
~ The Portland Spirit is wheelchair accessible with certain restrictions. Please address any needs you may have regarding access requirements by calling us at 888-307-4181.

~ The Portland Spirit is a 150' yacht with three public decks, two of which are enclosed and climate controlled. We have seating for 350 guests on the two interior decks. This yacht features delicious Northwest cuisine prepared to order in our on-board galley, several full service bars with a vast wine selection, grand pianos with live performers (don't forget our singing wait staff), a ship-wide sound system, and a marble dance floor. All vessels in the Portland Spirit fleet are inspected and certified by the United States Coast Guard.
